Ariane 42P - V151 launched
May 3, 2002
Ariane 42P flight
151 carried two auxiliary payloads, called IDEFIX,
from AMSAT France. Mounted in a box-like structure, these two 6 kg.
payloads will remain attached to an ASAP platform on Ariane 4's third
stage. Transmissions will be recorded voice messages and digital telemetry
data for about 40 days.
