ISS 7th Crew: The Photo Album


Soyuz TMA-2 with a new international ISS Crew is scheduled to liftoff on April 26, 2003. The Crew of two will begin living aboard the International Space Station as 7th Crew.
The crew  includes International Space Station Commander Yuri Malenchenko (Russian Cosmonaut) and Edward Lu (U.S. Astronaut) as Flight Engineers.

PERSONAL DATA: Born Dec. 22, 1961, in Svetlovodsk, Kirovograd Region, Ukraine. He has one son, Dmitri. His mother, Nina Ivanovna, father, Ivan Karpovich, and brother, Sergei Ivanovich live in Svetlovodsk.

He enjoys aerobatic flying, coaching wrestling, piano, tennis, surfing, skiing, travel. His parents, Charlie and Snowlily Lu, reside in Fremont, California.
